Kids Bedtime Story / The Brave Crab and The Devious Crane

The Brave Crab and The Devious Crane

Embark on a courageous journey with a clever crab and a deceitful crane in this story

Once upon a time, there was an old crane who couldn't catch fish anymore because he was too old. So, he came up with a sneaky plan. He stood by the edge of a lake and told all the other animals that there would be no rain for twelve years.

Everyone at the lake got scared and went to the crane for help. The crane said he could take them to a big lake nearby where there was plenty of water. Everyone was relieved and agreed to go with him.

Every day, the crane would take one animal at a time to a secluded spot and eat them. But one day, it was a clever crab's turn. As they flew over the place where the crane had eaten all the other animals, the crab saw piles of fish bones and got suspicious.

"Where's the lake?" the crab asked.

"There is no lake. I'm going to eat you too," the crane confessed.

Quick-thinking, the crab grabbed the crane's neck and saved himself from being eaten. The crane got what he deserved, and the brave crab showed that good always wins over evil.

Moral : Good deeds are rewarded, and bad deeds are punished.

The End.
