Kids Bedtime Story / The True Friend

The True Friend

True friendship is a treasure, enriching our lives with joy, companionship, and an unspoken connection that transcends distance and time.

Come on kids, let's get into the story.

Once upon a time, in a big forest, there were two colorful parrots named Polly and Pete. They lived happily in a tall tree. Nearby, in a snug hole, lived an old snake named Sly. Sly was clever but not very strong.

Every day, Polly and Pete flew around the forest, finding delicious fruits and seeds. They always saved some for their friend Sly. Sly couldn't fly like them, so he stayed in his cozy hole.

One bright day, while the parrots were enjoying their snacks, a big vulture started circling above them. Nearby, a hunter quietly aimed an arrow at Polly. He wanted to catch her for his dinner!

Sly saw the danger right away. He knew he had to help his friends. With a quick strike, Sly bit the hunter's foot. The hunter got scared and missed his aim. The arrow flew past Polly and hit the vulture, scaring it away.

Polly and Pete were so grateful to Sly for saving them. They thanked him with chirpy songs and shared more treats with him.

After that exciting day, Polly, Pete, and Sly became best friends. They played and shared stories every day. The other animals in the forest admired their friendship and learned how important it is to help and be kind to others.

The moral of the story is that true friends help each other when they are in trouble. Being kind and helpful makes our friendships stronger and our days happier.
